A man was on tuesday arraigned at the milimani law court for allegedly conspiring to defraud a company of ksh.13 million.
fredrick okello orawo was charged that between march 10,2021 and april 6,2021 being a director of seraph engeneering limited and without authority of the company board of directors caused the opening of an account at standard chartered bank which account he used to channel company money instead of the known account occasioning the loss of over 13m.
