Agutu who calls himself an anti-graft crusader has been using his NGO to swindle cash from investors, businessmen and other Kenyans.
Alongside five others, they once stormed the victim’s offices in Nairobi on September 26, 2020, during the event.
They took his laptop and left two identification numbers for Prados, namely GKB 070B and KCY 280Q.
On September 29, according to DCI chief George Kinoti, the Suspects have now reappeared requesting the Sh2 million ransom again.
